Ciao! My name is Francesca Strati. I teach Italian as a second language since 2001. I really enjoy my job especially when it comes to sharing my knowledge about art, culture and Italian cuisine with my students.
I graduated in Law from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and I obtained the DITALS II level certification at the University for Foreigners of Siena (UniStraSi) in 2008.

I teach Italian both face to face and online at all levels – according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). I’m specialized in legal Italian for international companies and law firms.
My teaching experience has been in private schools, embassies, consulates, banks (Dexia Crediop) and private companies (Cisco System, Peroni).
I teach Italian at the American Embassy in Rome since 2015 and the Embassy of the Republic of South Korea since 2022.
Alongside teaching, I provide legal advice for the V Municipality and for the De Simone Strati law firm in Rome and I’m a volunteer teacher for the Migrant Schools network in Rome.
In my free time I practice Yoga and Pilates. I love traveling and discovering small ancient villages that I like to photograph.
My favorite dish: eggplant meatballs (typical dish from Calabria.)
